CONDITION: Monsoon rains
WINDSPEED AND DIRECTION: 15-25km/hr WSW-SW.
SEA CONDITION: light to moderate but safe to all type of seacraft except during thunderstorms.
TEMPERATURE RANGE: 22-29°C
LUZON:
CONDITION: Ilocos region, Cordillera region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Calabarzon and Mimaropa expected to have monsoon rains while the rest expected to have partly cloudy skies with light to moderate chance of thunderstorms.
WINDSPEED AND DIRECTION: 20-37km/hr WSW-SW over most part.
