SYNOPSIS: FRONTAL SYSTEM OVER NORTHERN LUZON, FAST APPROACHING EASTERLY WAVE OVER VISAYAS AND MINDANAO.

A newly fast approaching Easterly wave organized some scattered L4-5 convection along east coast of Mindanao that may bring moderate to heavy showers/TS along Mindanao and Visayas most of the day today. While frontal system over Luzon yesterday move more northward as High pressure ridge now over Japan weakens to 1026mb as it moves more Eastward at 15kts. light shower/TS expected over Northern Luzon and Bicol region
Winds will be at gale force at 64kph over Northern and Eastern Luzon from NE-E with 46kph high over the rest of the country from East.
