SYNOPSIS: FRONTAL SYSTEM OVER LUZON, EASTERLY WAVE OVER VISAYAS AND MINDANAO.
High pressure ridge (1036mb) over China that remain almost stationary pushes broad area of Frontal system further southeastward as seen on latest satellite imagery, reaches most areas of Luzon. The said slow moving frontal system expected to bring light to moderate shower/thunderstorm over most part of Luzon including Metro manila today. Easterly wave still affect most part of Visayas and Mindanao that will have a scattered light to heavy shower/thunderstorm.
Winds will be rough at 63kph over Northern and Western side of Luzon from NE with variable to moderate at 28kph over the rest of the country form E to NE.
