SYNOPSIS: ACTIVE FRONTAL SYSTEM OVER LUZON, WEAK EASTERLY WAVE OVER VISAYAS AND MINDANAO.

High pressure ridge though weakens a bit (1030mb at 32N 121E) over China moving ESE at 15kts continue to push the said frontals system now affects not only Luzon but areas along SE Asia that brings light-moderate shower/TS along the area. Broad area of L3-5 over south china sea, west of Luzon continues to slowly moving ENE and expected to reach the coast of Luzon by afternoon/evening that may send light-heavy shower/TS along the area including metro manila.
Meanwhile easterly wave now weakens and a couple of passing small L2-3 convection passing along the area that may bring some isolated light rain accross Visayas and Mindanao.
Gale force wind of up to 64kph expected over Northern Luzon with moderate to strong at 46kph from E expected over the rest of the country
