NO TROPICAL DISTURBANCE EXISTING AS OF THE MOMENT

SYNOPSIS: WEAK FRONTAL SYSTEM OVER NORTHERN LUZON, WEAK EASTERLY WAVE OVER VISAYAS AND MINDANAO.

Weakening high pressure ridge (1014mb) continues to move eastward towards open pacific allowing weak frontal system to affect Northern Luzon, however, the said system expected to perish as system of low pressure system west Japan moves more NE. Easterly wave continues to bring light-very heavy shower/storm across Mindanao mostly western and Southern part as it expected to continue as new wave of Easterly wave with scattered Level 3-6 convection moving westward towards Mindanao anew.
Winds will be a bit moderate at 28kph from E-SE over Luzon becoming E-NE over the rest of the country.
