SYNOPSIS: FRONTAL SYSTEM OVER NORTHERN LUZON, WEAK EASTERLY WAVE OVER BICOL, VISAYAS AND MINDANAO.

High presure ridge (1022mb) over China moving Easteward at 15kts push equatorward anew the said frontal system which linger for 2 weeks now over Northern Luzon and expected to bring still some cloudiness with possible drizzle to light shower over the area. Meanwhile weak easterly wave continues to prevail with some series of small convection along Eastern Visayas (L2-3) that brings also some light shower/storm over the area.
Wind slowly weakening at 46kph at NE over Northern Luzon with 28kph at East over the rest of the country.
