SYNOPSIS: WEAK FRONTAL SYSTEM OVER NORTHERN LUZON, WEAK EASTERLY WAVE OVER BICOL, VISAYAS AND MINDANAO.

1022mb High pressure ridges almost stationary over mainland China kept long wave of frontal system over northern Luzon that send within the areas with drizzle to light rain for most of the day. Weak easterly wave slowly moving toward Bicol region, Eastern Visayas and Eastern Mindanao but less deep convection at L2-3. There are area of L4-5 convection but slowly moving west so it may not reach any area of land within the day or tomorrow.
Winds started to pick up anew at 46kph from NE over Northern Luzon but slowly weakening at 28kph elsewhere.
