NO TROPICAL CYCLONE OR TROPICAL DISTURBANCE PRESENT AS OF THE MOMENT

STRONG SOUTHWEST MONSOON OVER LUZON AND WESTERN VISAYAS, WEAK HIGH PRESSURE OVER MINDANAO



Latest rainfall analysis shows level 4-6 convection persist over western Luzon and Western Visayas including far east of Luzon indicates strong SW monsoon remain over the area. Weak shear over Luzon with warmer SST attributes over this convection. The said convection and likely to persist within the next 24hrs as shear continues to relax over the area. Rainfall will be light to very heavy rains most of the day til tomorrow.
