Remember Cyclone Catarina? A rare south atlantic hurricane developed march 24 2004, having sustained winds of 155kph (SLP 972mb) killing almost 10 people and damaging almost $300 million USD. Since march 8 of this United States Naval Research Laboratory and National Hurricane Center monitoring another tropical cyclone named 90Q after reaching a maximum windspeed of 65kph and gust of 80kph (SLP 1000mb) slowly approaching coast of Brazil since 1974, this is the 7th known South Atlantic tropical cyclone and 5th since since 2000. This is one of more evidence that climate change already reaches its first stage (phase 1) and sooner will be on 2nd stage.
