light to heavy rains still expected to prevail over most of Mindanao as easterly wave continues to affect over the area and now affecting Visayas. Frontal system on the other hand however weak expected to bring late shower/storm over Luzon including Metro manila.
Tropical disturbance spotted yesrterday now weakens after moving inland towards Mindanao as seen o surface wind analysis above.
