SYNOPSIS: STRONG EASTERLY WAVE OVER EASTERN VISAYAS AND MINDANAO.
An area of tropical disturbance now warning developing over SE of Mindanao embedded to strong easterly wave as latest wind analysis shows 10-15kts wind started to circulate along developing LLCC. Its convection however remain far to the North as of the moment but slowly organizing as it moves more W in response over retreating weak High over N of the system. Light- very heavy showers/storm (rainrate at 24-25mm/hr) expected mostly over NE and E part of Mindanao. Some L2-4 convection also expected to affect Eastern Visayas late today. Luzon will generally have a good weather but some light shower/storm expected over Bicol as passing convection moves along the area.
Winds will be generally 19kph SE over Luzon while 28kph SE over the rest of the country.
The said weather disturbance will be closely monitored for possible development within the coming days.
