NO TROPICAL DISTURBANCE DEVELOPING AS OF THE MOMENT
SYNOPSIS: FRONTAL SYSTEM OVER LUZON; WEAKENING EASTERLY WAVE OVER MINDANAO.
Deep frontal system moves more now over Taiwan reaches area of Luzon as it pickup moisture and over South China sea that produces some series of deep convection along Northern and Eastern Luzon. Easterly wave meantime weakens but it is expected to produces some shower activity over Mindanao.
Southwesterly wind flow slowly picking up its speed as seen on latest wind imagery showing some indication of early onset of SW monsoon. Moderate SW wind flow now observed most of SE asia and expected to pick up as tropical cyclone over Bay of Bengal expected to move more NE toward either Bangladesh or Nepal.
Wind over the country will be at 19kph S-SSW over Luzon becoming 28kph SE-S over the rest of the country.
